The rooms or suites are available from 16:00 at the earliest on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the rooms must be checked out by 10:00 am. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or room view.
Conditions:
The reservation is valid when we have received a deposit of 20 % of the total amount immediately after receipt of the written reservation confirmation. (You will then receive a written confirmation and a binding reservation commitment). The remaining payment is due on arrival or guaranteed by credit card. We accept all common credit cards (except American Express) and EC cards.

In addition, the general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry will apply.
Cancellation policy.
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
From 3 days before the start of the vacation or no-show we charge 80 % of the booked stay.
28 to 4 days before the start of the vacation we charge 50 % of the arrangement price.
Up to 29 days before the start of the vacation no cancellation fees will be charged.
Additional charges.
- Single room supplement: €75.00 per person/night for Classic double rooms and Comfort double rooms. 60% of the breakfast price per day for all other categories
- Short stay supplement up to 3 days: €15.00 per person/night
- Holiday supplements: Christmas dinner €55.00 per person / New Year's Eve dinner €90.00 per person (children up to 5.9 years free, from 6 to 17.9 years 50% discount)
CHILD DISCOUNT.
for 2 full-paying adults as the 3rd or 4th person in the room
- 0 - 3.9 years free
- 4 - 12.9 years 50% discount
- 13 - 17.9 years 30% discount
- 18 years and above 10% discount
OTHER INFORMATION.
- Deduction for bed and breakfast only: €15.00 per person per day
- Dogs with advance notice: €30.00 per dog per day (excluding food), maximum of 2 dogs per room (access to restaurant and wellness area not allowed)
Early booking bonus.
Take advantage of the early booking bonus and receive a 5% discount on your stay for bookings of 5 nights or more (excluding packages and offers).
- Early booking bonus for your summer reservation: for direct bookings and deposits made by March 31st
- Early booking bonus for your winter reservation: for direct bookings and deposits made by September 30th
Long-stay bonus from 9 nights: 3% discount starting from the 9th night
Travel Insurance.
We recommend you a travel insurance. You have the option to either book insurance through us when you make your reservation, or you can ask your insurance company for advice.
